Additional information:
For those participating in our Fall Ball program for the first time or those interested in this years programming:
Our Fall Ball program is heavily focused on individual development, contrasted with Spring Lacrosse that is focused on team and individual development.
Each week the athletes will focus on 2-3 skills through a number of drills.
Many of these drills can be replicated at home with a parent, sibling or neighborhood friends.
These skills include but are not limited to:
Shooting, Dodging, Passing on the run, defensive focused footwork and groundball work.
The purpose of this program is to provide low player to coach ratio sessions to give athletes more focused attention and development as they prepare for their spring seasons.
