Brandon is dedicated to growing the game of lacrosse throughout the Midwest.  After establishing a highly successful and largest year round program provider in Kansas City, his efforts turned towards giving those players in NWA the much need experience of a first class lacrosse organization.  OZMO was created with the purpose of growing the game from the bottom up by introducing lacrosse to boys and girls ages 3+ in the NWA area, and now expanding into multiple regions whom desire the growth and structure OZMO has.

His passion is found in teaching / coaching players at all skill levels the highest level of the game through hard work, sportsmanship and discipline.

Brandon and his wife Mackenzie, daughters Nevaeh, Maebri, and son Sawyer all reside in Lee's Summit. Mo.

David is passionate about growing the the game of lacrosse in the state of Arkansas. After 8 years in the US Army, David and his wife, Kori, moved to Springdale, AR. They have three children, Patton, Paige and Ellis.

Justin is committed to the growth of education, sportsmanship and lacrosse in Northwest Arkansas. Justin is a St. Louis native, growing up around the game and leading his high school team to the 2009 State Championship game his senior year. He continued his lacrosse career at Harding University. Upon graduation he and his wife moved to East Texas where Justin coached football and track. He is currently a teacher and coach in the Bentonville School District. He has coached lacrosse with private lessons, instructional camps, leagues and competitive teams through Kirkwood Youth Lacrosse and Heartland Lacrosse. He is married to his wife, Nikka, and has a daughter, McKinlee. They live in Bentonville and enjoy calling NWA their new home.

Vic is entering his 8th year of coaching at the boys youth and high school levels. Since moving to Arkansas he has been working to grow the sport within Benton and Washington County. Vic and his wife Laura have two children Caden and Kailey who play within many of Arkansas lacrosse programs.

After six years playing and teaching in Ohio, Caitlin returned to the area o grow the women's game in Northwest Arkansas. She currently works and coaches in the Bentonville School District.  Caitlin lives in Rogers with her husband Mason and their dog April.

Harrison is from Prairie Village, KS where he graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School in 2018. He played varsity lacrosse for three years, starting on defense my junior and senior year. They won the State Championship his sophomore and senior year.  Harrison has been playing lacrosse since 5th grade. Other than lacrosse he played varsity football for 4 years, winning state my in 2015. Harrison loves to hunt and fish and be outdoors. He will be studying marketing at the University of Arkansas this year.

Josh is a pioneer to Arkansas Lacrosse, having been on the first team in NWA's history back in 2005. He grew up playing attack until his Junior year at The University of Arkansas, while studying Music Education and minoring in Communications. In his senior year as a Razorback, Josh began reffing locally and is now known as the "Hipster Ref." His goal is to develop the popularity and growth of the sport in the Southwest and to educate both players and officials. Recently, Josh has gone through training to be certified as an official for MCLA and Division 1 NCAA programs.

Nolan is from Fort Worth, Texas and recently moved to NWA. He was a Texas All-State crease defenseman and 3 year Team Captain at Keller High School. He went on to play Football at the University of Houston and later played for the Seattle Seahawks. Despite his football career, Nolan has always loved the game of lacrosse and is looking forward to giving back to the game in any way possible.

Emily Brittain is from Keller, Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She was on the inaugural high school girl's team where she served as captain for 3 years.  Emily then moved on to play for the University of Arkansas Club Lacrosse team, playing Center.  Emily has a passion for coaching and developing players.  She will also be an offensive coach for the Bentonville High School girl's team.

Lacrosse has made a huge impact in my life from when I first started playing in the fourth grade till now a freshman at Lincoln Memorial University. I have a lot of experience from highschool and also coming in my freshman year of highschool as a starter at the long stick midfield position and hope to continue my play for all fourth years!
